Do you deliver at your resteraunt in Racine??
The fresh spring rolls and volcano duck were both delicious! The noodle dish my boyfriend got was ok. He thought the noodles tasted like the ramen you.can get for .39 cents. Overall, I enjoyed it and would try it again.
MoreFor an $18 seafood meal, I would have thought there'd been more than only 4 medium-sized shrimp, only 1 scallop, 1 piece of crab, a few pieces of squid and 3 mussels. I'm pretty disappointed because it was a waste of $18 for a meal that's described like this on the menu: "A taste of blend of squid, scallop, fresh shrimp, mussel and crab claw, all seasoned with Thai spices and herbs." Flavors were pretty good, though, I suppose.
MoreBest Padt Thai I've ever had!
Fresh ingredients, great food! Service was friendly and fast.
Krung Thai, in an unassuming, quaint storefront in downtown Racine, seems as if, when walks through the door, that it will be just another "asian" restaurant with do-for decor and glass-topped tables. Don't judge a book by its cover. What deliciousness! What depth of flavor! A great degree of work went into layering the flavors of the sauces and soups we tasted. My mouth tingles and pops still, while I write this. Fair warning, if the waitress asks you, "From 1-4, how hot?" 3 is almost, almost too hot, and I like spicy. Anything coconut milk and curry is just a mouth bomb of yumminess! Think outside the box, the takeout box and give this unassuming restaurant a try! Look past the plain decor and bright lighting and see the flavors beneath!
MoreAwsome food and the staff is really amazing
Second time here was another hit..great service and good food. I will day that the coconut shrimp was the better of the shrimp appetizers.
MoreVery nice surprise: food was great, with big portions. I am Vegan, so my choices were limited, but what I ordered was tasty. The waitress was perfect: attentive but not intrusive, very good for a date.
MoreBest thai food in racine. Infact Wisconsin
Had a great lunch! Service was fabulous and loved the fresh ingredients.
Love eating here on occasion. Spicy heat. Yummy. Have tried a variety. Staff is friendly.
MoreLove my girls that work here...crabragoon is a must have along with any of the currys and the hung Thai fried rice with your choice of meat is amazing
MoreReally liked the duck fried rice. Service was a bit slow, but overall a good meal
MoreFood was not at all as good as expected based on the ratings of the food. Despite only having two other tables filled in the restaurant at the time we were there (a party of two), we waited 20 minutes for a water refill (and attempted to flag our waitress down more than once). We ended up having to go up and ask for refills ourselves.
MoreTruly a secret Thai gem in Racine. Wonderful selection and variety of choices on their menu. Must try the Tom yung gai, marvelous.
MoreVery spicey food but it was soo good that you could not stop eating it
At the moment you step in that restaurant the personel give you a great feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a kind place to enjoy with friends or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, creative chef de cuisine, modest pay and excellent service. Warmly recommended.
MoreWe were looking for a good Thai restaurant and tried this place out, overall a good selection from menu list, I will be back next time. Good food, presentation was decent.
MoreWay better than Sticky Rice (in my humble opinion). Much more authentic and fresh tasting. All there sauces are less sugary as well. Get the fresh spring rolls, green curry, volcano chicken, yum yum yum.
MoreI would give half star if I could. Aweful food, terrible service. Avoid it at all cost.
MoreLime and coconut milk soup is wonderful. Fresh spring rolls are amazing. My steak was flambe and it was out of this world! Get a cold Thai tea to go with it! Ive enjoyed everything Ive ever ordered!
MoreWe ordered for delivery ~ the food is amazingly good, I mean it is sooo authentic!! We love the jumping squid, spicy ( bc we asked for the super spicy level4 ) but refreshing, love the Thai herbs. The noodle dish is super nice too!
MoreExcellent Thai cuisine! Fresh Rolls and Spring Rolls were delicious as was the Tom Kha Gai soup. Ginger Beef entre was a lot on the spicy side for being ordered at number 1 strength but the other dishes were right on par with their number. Will definitely return to this restaurant.
MoreExcellent Thai food!!!!Friendly and prompt service. Extensive menu. I have eaten here several times and the food is always good. The duck is wonderful. The soups are sublime.
MoreGood food. Good prices. Good service.
The service was nice and the food options are decent. Compared to Sticky Rice, I place this on a much higher platter because of the service and quality of food. What I didn't like is the spice level system because it seemed to American for my taste. The spices don't necessarily taste like Thai chilis either. I wouldn't actively come to this place but it would be my recommendation for Thai in Racine.
MoreVeggie curry was phenomenal!
Everything was awesome! My family went for lunch, and we got a free bowl of tofu soup. I dislike tofu but I’ll order it next time because the broth and meat balls were so delicious. The 2 orders of spring rolls were great and my 2 young kids (4 & 1 yrs old) ate them right up. I got Crispy Duck which was incredible. You get to choose how spicy you want whatever it is you order. I’m going for full fire next time because the duck I got at 3* spicy and it was not overpowering. I will be back here very soon!
MoreExcellent food and solid service. Busy yet quiet on first Friday. Prices are up there but it's entirely worth it for the quality and portions.
MoreThe decor is certainly thai, however the cuisine is not authentic.... too much bottled sauce used, no fresh ingredients.
MoreFood is awesome. Fresh spring rolls are the best I have ever had. Noodle dishes are sooooo good. My husband and I travel a lot and are currently in North Carolina. We just left a Thai restaurant feeling very disappointed. Missing our gem back home.
MoreBest cuisine in town!
Always fantastic! Great service and food
Went upon a high recommendation from a friend. No free parking so you must have coins ready for the parking meters along the street. Ok food...We ordered chicken curry and beef salad. They did not have sticky rice available when inquired. That is a #1 staple in Thai cuisine. A finger food, we wanted to dip balls of sticky rice into the beef salad and then consumed-- as it's how it's traditionally eaten. The server informed us we needed to call 30 minutes in advance if we want sticky rice? In a Thai restaurant??? How bizarre.
MoreWonderful experience. Fresh and flavorful. They were busy and there was one very kind server. She told us she was busy. People at tables told us it was worth the wait. It was for sure worth it. The owner came out and helped serve. He chatted with us as we were the last table. We will be back.
MoreSuch a great Thai restaurant. Will be back.
I just moved to Wind Point from the Chicago Suburbs, and was majorly dissatisfied with the cuisine around Racine. This was hands down, the best Thai food I have had since the move and honestly, it was better than what I was used to at home. 10/10 recommend this restaurant to all food lovers, the curry is amazing, everything is made with such care and not rushed through, and just, it's how food should be. Astounding.
MoreMenu don’t specify ingredients for each dish. Had allergy reaction due to have information available
MoreVery good food and staff
Huge portions and delicious meal! (We selected only plant-based options and we had to take home 4 boxes because there was so much great food! I'm vegan and my husband is vegetarian.) The rice was incredible and the green curry... wow! Great vegetables tempura too.
MoreThis was the 5th time I've been there and each time I've tried something different and it never disappoints. Wait can be a little long but well worth it.
MoreExcellent Thai Iced Tea and acceptable Tom kha gai
Came here for the great ratings. Left disappointed. Ordered duck and it and all the vegetables were literally cold! Sent it back and got a fresh dish in 3 minutes? You can’t cook duck and vegetables in 3 minutes! This one was also cool. My wife’s was hot and good, me not so much. Will not repeat!! Then he came out and asked how the meal was and I told him it was cold and then the old man cook told me not to come back again! To my face! Service was great, servers were excellent! Will not ever repeat.
MoreFirst time there. Service was great. The food was wonderful. Started with 1 for seasoning can't wait to try the other levels.
MoreService was atrocious. We were told after waiting for 45 minutes that two other tables were ahead of us and it would be quite some time before we got our food. I'd include pictures of our food but that proves difficult to do since we never got any.
MoreWorth stopping by. Excellent food. A hidden gem in downtown Racine.
Food was great. Their fried rice and curry is expectacular. And it's a nice place to sit down and enjoy your food, I could even say it was kinda fancy compared to other places I been to lately.
MoreBest Thai food in racine. They staff is nice. The wait times take a little longer than your average place. But they serve the best Thai food in racine. So you cannot complain.
MoreFrom out of town, got Fresh Spring Roll, Pudt Thai, and Hong Thai fried rice. Flavors were fantastic, nice smokey flavor on the rice.
